Boasting new technology this category will continue to expand to new products for the street and strip weekend warrier and trail blazer alike. Taking in account these products are not limited to just street, drag or offroad vehicles they make a great enhancement to the functionality and response for the RTAWD equipped differentials. 

Dont have a Differential! Dont worry We can provide a core for you and build a differential to your specifications with no issue. We build 97-04 CR-V, 05-11 CR-V, 03-11 Element and 10-15 Accord Crosstour rear differentials with and without ramp with our products just for you.

We prepare our differneitals with a list of performance products featuring RacingDiffs Moly-Ceramic RTAWD Upgraded Clutches or Block plates to effectively convert from AWD to 4WD.(Requires an inline viscous coupler and recommend to be used with a 2.545:1 Ring and Pinion.)

Need an LSD? We can install our Progressive RacingDiffs Rear LSD to allow up to 1000hp of power handling while promoting great streetability and performance on or off the road. Want faster response formt he dual pump with more holding pressure? No problem! Our Quick Spool Kit and Thermal Switch Delete Plug are the first of their kind. Designed to increase Holding pressure of the internal pump assembly by 60% it features a 2wd/4wd upgraded selector switch spring, upgraded pressure relief spring, Grade 12.9 Corrosion resistant hardware for the dual pump assembly, nose cap, tail cover and dual pump mounting allowing greater pressures to be maintained without the chance of damage from used and old hardware.

Our Thermal Delete Switch Plug removes the factory failsafe for the differential dual pump assembly allowing the internal clutches to handle much more performance and heat over the factory design. (The Thermal Delete Switch Plug is to be used only with RacingDiffs Moly-Ceramic Clutches only!)

Our differentials are completely dissasembled and inspected allowing us to predict failures and material condition of the differential prior to upgrades. We then media blast, pressure wash and reassemble with fresh pinion bearings, nose cap input shaft bearings, rear carrier differential bearings and set tight tollorances for high performance based on the use of the vehicle using custom shims we provide for the perfect differential for every occasion. We also install solid pinion bushings to aleviate the need for crush washers to set pinion shaft preload. Many differentials have been built here with Zero failures. Our innovative staff and skilled engineering team is ready to assist you with any power range that you may need. For that we recommend based on HP range the following mods:

 

Stage I: Rated 500hp - We tear down and rebuild your differential with fresh bearings, seals and gaskets then install your OEM Clutch Pack after with our Dual Pump Quick Spool Kit and Billet Beauty Washers to add a personalized approach to your high performance vehicle. (Requires DPFI or II)

 

Stage II: Rated 650hp - We tear down and rebuild your differential with fresh bearings, seals and gaskets then install RacingDiffs Moly-Ceramic Clutch Upgrade with our Dual Pump Quick Spool Kit, Thermal Switch Delete Plug and Billet Beauty Washers to add a personalized approach to your high performance vehicle. (Requires Liqui-Moly 8100 Series Oil)

 

Stage III: Rated 800hp - We tear down and rebuild your differential with fresh bearings, seals and gaskets then install RacingDiffs Moly-Ceramic Clutch Upgrade with our Dual Pump Quick Spool Kit, Thermal Switch Delete Plug and Billet Beauty Washers to add a personalized approach to your high performance vehicle. Then install the RacingDiffs Progressive Rear LSD into your Open Rear Differential to allow even Tq transfer and power distribution between the left and right wheels under power. (Requires Liqui-Moly 8100 Series Oil)

(RacingDiffs RTAWD Block Plates are Available upon request however we do not recommend using these with a factory pinion shaft and without a viscous coupler. Our new RTAWD 2.545:1 Ring and Pinions are coming for early and late model RTAWD differentials and are recommended when running Full Time 4WD)
