Brand new Honda RT4WD Viscous Coupler plates designed to be 1 for 1 replacements from OEM. These coupler plates and internals were designed in collaboration with Travis @TrustFab and meet and exceed the strength and tolerances of OEM. Made from a stout 316L Stainless Steel followed by a rigorous Heat Treating Process then Teflon coating these are laser etched with our company logo symbolizing the journey in innovation we followed to design these replacement parts. 

The only company in the world making these parts we pride ourselves on being innovative and taking a step away from the normal production standards to refine our processes to involve new technology available to us to recreate better products than anything any one has on the market. If these plates are not cut using a Hydraulic press they can be subjected to warpage and degradation from heat soak and deformity by excess heat. Our method of manufacturing follows Honda's original design back to the 80's allowing a perfect fit and tightest tolerances to the RT4WD Honda Viscous Coupler and with out new aerospace coatings more heat resistant and also faster in dissipating heat over OEM.
