"Advanced RTAWD Clutch Retrofit" Taking an OEM part and scanning it is the easy part. Modeling and redesigning are where the ideas must flow deeply into solving the problems of the original design. Understanding the issues with the previous engineering and the functions/relationships between the parts of the assembly is how we have created these innovations. Making short work of the problems with functionality and performance that you crave for your rides!
This innovation is no different. Solving the issue of response and longevity, this "Advanced RTAWD Clutch Retrofit System" removes the need for clutches altogether. Removing the hesitation of engagement and power limitations required to effectively convert the CR-V, Element, Crosstour differentials from AWD to 4WD.

Using a proper mix of RT4WD Wagon variant internal components, this coupler is a plug-and-play solution for the RTAWD differential, providing centrifugal liquid cooling, triple bearing stabilization, and compatibility with many different viscous fluids. This serviceable and rebuildable design allows easy and cheap replacement of consumable parts sourced from McMaster-Carr, allowing you the flexibility to perform all the maintenance when you want to without any single point failures in the path of your maintenance tasks.

Using some of the original equipment within this process was key in building a unique and enduring product to support motorsports, and within its design, the keys to performance unlocked into providing the needed capabilities for street, strip, off-road, and WRC that we have been striving for! On-demand liquid cooling ensures the longevity and practical approach to performance you need to prolong your vehicle on or off the road, with a design forged in fire and the heat of combat for motorsports inspired from almost a decade of performance innovations.
